Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. The room we stayed in was missing a fridge and the teapot had been stolen. Front desk replaced the teapot but no fridge. The staff all top notch and the morning breakfast a great choice before heading out for the day of action. Concierge desk staff a special mention of great merit, they are very good. Small gym on the 11th floor did the trick as well."

We loved that this hotel is within walking distance of the sites we wanted to see. Also if you wanted to use the bus or rail this hotel is in close proximity to both. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to London! "
