Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. "Lovely hotel made so by the staff. They were really helpful and attentive. Checking in on you whenever you came and went. Lovely towel art on the bed. Didn’t make it down for breakfast but the smell coming from the kitchen were amazing! Only concern was the lock on the room door wasn’t great and didn’t close properly at the bottom but other than that, no issues. "

This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...
