Very good service from the employees who gave us lots of help for getting around in Havana. Safe to say that this was the reason that our trip to Havana became a special one. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The 24/7 on site managers were super helpful with everything from afternoon coffees to advice on various transportation options to near and far destinations.
