"Great option if you don’t want all inclusive "

"The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are really nice; the only thing is, there is not much bathroom privacy, so beware! There is so much to do at this resort. Be sure to visit each restaurant; they are all beautiful. Make sure not to miss the shows. My main complaint is the food and some of the staff. The food was mediocre, lacking flavor; the meats were overcooked and fatty. The coffee and soda machines would break down; the smoothie stand would always run out of fruit, and some staff seemed...

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Lived the property! Very pretty very well kept. Beach part is small but lots of pools. Be prepared for many children it seems to be very popular with families but that was to be expected. The only downside is that the on site restaurants seem to book out fast was a bit challenging if you don’t plan ahead "

The food in the buffet was amazing i actually enjoyed the buffet food more than the food at rum factory. The rooms were perfect!!!! I will actually book with them in future. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at Zel. I was skeptical in the beginning since it’s a new resort but the staff was very helpful! Food was great! I had a swim up room and the view was EVERYTHING! I highly would recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. They provided a lot of activities throughout the day. They also have a spa. You can literally walk to the beach but they provide shuttles to and from as well. Definitely was a beautiful experience!!"
