"The sands property was excellent but the surrounding area needs improvement. We had a fabulous time. The property was beautiful, clean, maintained and the food was great. Will certainly recommend and we will go again. "

"The hotel was really good. The hostess was really nice and helped us out at the island. Very clean and nice room with all the facilities needed. Good kitchen. It's a very valuable place to stay compared to many other places around grace bay. The location is a bit "off" though so a car or bike is highly recommended."

"Beautiful villas in a great location with excellent staff. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach. The only real downside is that Turtle Cove is blindingly overlit and so is the beach, killing what should be a very charming nighttime vibe."

"The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"We have upgraded room to ocean view but we had a problem with balcony door and bed was making notice. Manager Annett move us to Penthouse, 1 Bedroom, Terrace, Oceanfront and give us credit for inconvenience. Our room was clean twice and updated. The property is very pretty and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Windsong "
