Arrived early for check-in and was told they would try to expedite getting the room ready but still didn’t have our room ready until just after check in time. Some construction going on but caused minimal disruption. We were only there for a short period and ended up not being able to take advantage of the Atlantis attractions. "

"Front desk person who did my 9pm check in was top notch. check out only took a moment, no waiting. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, helpful and friendly. Can't beat the convenience, room was just right for an overnight stay between connecting flights. AC was adjustable. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Things were clean. Not much sound insulation, you can hear everything out in the hallway and toilets flushing in the adjecent rooms. the included breakfast buffet was mediocre, but...
