You can never go wrong with booking at the Renaissance Wind Creek (Aruba or Curacao). At this property the entire staff was amazing but the two names I remember the most are Luis at the front desk and Elgan at the 5 o'clock bar.

Staff was professional, kind, caring, respectful, I would give them 10 stars for customer service! Buffet was just OK, not a lot to choose from for breakfast, lunch- dinner was good! Food at beach bar- amazing !! We ate there! Beach was clean, small but not crowded at all! Must try all the food in the menu and drinks !

The property is located in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable but the pillows for the bed were flat and didn’t provide any head support. TV issue resolved on second day after reporting twice to front desk. The property is listed as 5 star upscale resort but meets the standards of a 3 star hotel can use some updating.

The man made beach needs cleaning and the edge wall needs brushing. Very slimmy and slippery with oils and sunscreen. Guest services need to acknowledge what guest are celebrating and make an effort to make guest feel special. Absolutely nothing was done for my wifes birthday celebration. Wish a balloon or even a slice if cake. But Absolutely nothing. Its would put this resort over the top if that was done. The doorman took more interest in us then the guest services.
