"Hotel was excellent. We booked an ocean view room which had an amazing view. The room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortably. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us - organising our trips and answering all our questions. The quality and range of food available in the Seascape restaurant was very good. "We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response.
