The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cuba. They were extremely accommodating, and the service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The attached bar/restaurant was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered were absolutely delightful and eager to help! Thank you so much for making us feel like family!

The Most Amazing thing about the Hotel Is surely the staff.Solano and Mary are very welcoming and friendly. Solano is a studied masseur and gave us, me and my friend an amazing foot reflexology massage, as a gift. He cured my back pain within seconds, thank you Solano. He also has a lot of connections, which gave us the opportunity to rent a scooter without a reservation before or get a taxi really quickly. We are really thankful to have met these amazing people. The hotel is a nice little familiar place to stay with the ocean not far away. It was nice to be near the city and have a relaxing and quiet place to come back to after a city tour. The food they are offering in the hotel is not pricey for very delicious especially the pizza.

The hotel is good. the location is a bit far but in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The manager is friendly and helped me with couple of things. It was important for me to have a good internet connection but they did not have WIFI. Only one of the staff was sharing his internet with us. Same goes for the offered breakfast, don't expect anything near what other hotel offer. I prefer that they charge for a proper breakfast. One positive note, I want to thank Senor Sollano who helped me with cash pesos and with improvising a Taxi to take me to the airport as it is hard to book.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No hot water/low pressure in the night. Jacuzzi is broken and doesn’t have water. Very old towels. Mattress is probably 30y old and super soft and you can feel every spring in it. Many things what you see on the pictures are not from the hotels or ale super old and dirty. Nothing too much to do there. Definitely overpriced. Maybe maybe $20/night. We stayed in much cheaper and better places. We are not coming back. My recommendation is to find something else but not is expensive accommodation

Останавливались в данном отеле. отель в целом заслуживает положительной оценки. Единственное что по приезду возникла неразбериха с бронью, Как нам сказали якобы из-за проблем с интернетом, но нас благополучно заселили. номер бронировали с оплаченными завтраками, думаю сотрудники об этом пожалуй тоже не знали т.к. после завтрака вручили нам чек, на что было сделано замечание и все разрешилось. на hotel.com у них стоит неверный адрес, навигатор не смог точно определить и было трудно найти их по приезду и водителю трансфера по отъезду Из отеля. Нет таблички с названием отеля, проходя мимо не понятно, дом это или отель.
