"Got in early and they let us check ahead of time without charge. Also staff very friendly and very secure making sure people there were supposed to be there. Also gave great directions and help with getting where we wanted to go"

"We had a great 4-night stay at this hotel. We booked a full pod. This is close to Times Square, subway, dining options and Hudson Yards. The rooms are small but it’s quiet and was good enough for us (traveler of 2). There are spaces under the bed to store your luggage (small to medium size luggage I would say), small desk and chair, a safe, a washroom and a rainshower. The only thing missing is a small fridge (it wasn’t a biggie for us)! Overall it was a great stay and we’ll stay here again when we visit NYC! :) "

"We loved our stay at the hotel. Super convenient to Times Square and the Subway. Lots of close food options that are open late. The elevators can be busy at certain times of the day, but it's fine if you avoid those times or use the stairs occasionally. "

"I did have an issue but it was not the fault of the hotel it was HOTELS,COM with the deceiving images and not making it clear that my room choice had a shared bathroom which is hard to believe exists in 2024. The hotel nwas very good because they fixed problem and probvide me a proper room."
