"The property itself is amazing. The room is very specious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The private onsen and foot bath on the balcony are bonuses. Very close to train station and not too far from 7/11. However, the check in process was a nightmare. We were meant receive the reservation number and the pin to get into the building, but that never happened. We were stranded outside in the cold weather for at least half an hour. "We were a family with young children and stayed at Villa B, which was a standalone 3-floor loft-style apartment. It worked really well for us - bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom (including bathtub, washing machine and heater for clothes drying). The second "storey" was a small but well-equipped kitchenette, with a seating area. On the third "storey" was a loft with two sets of futons available.
