"This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place...

"This is a fine motel just a couple short blocks up from the main Kona town tourist strip. It is a solid 2.5 stars. Rooms are large with balconies. Bed was comfortable. Internet free and fast. Down sides: ac was a very noisy wall unit, no coffee maker in room. They did add $50 for parking and amenities. So bottom line higher than suggested on website."

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "Really enjoyed our stay here - would definitely stay again. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed- really appreciated the kitchenette and laundry appliances. Getting the TV to work was a challenge. Parking for guests is limited but we managed to navigate it. I would give this property a 5-star rating."
