"From the moment we checked in until leaving, the service was top notch. At the dinner, it was super crowded, but employees were coming through quickly to clean tables and get them ready for the next person. Breakfast was yummy. Love the location!"

"The hotel was in a perfect location to explore St. Louis. It was a cool design. The pool and breakfast was great. Parking was free (after a $6 fee) and easy. The elevator was questionable."

"This was our first time in this city and took a chance with this hotel. Hyatt Centric did not disappoint us at all. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the valet with a smile and the front desk staff were awesome! We had such a wonderful experience! Absolutely clean rooms hallways and every amenity we came into. The welcome perks were a plus of course! Welcome drinks and discounts & free dessert at restaurants steps away from lobby what more can you ask for! The pool was awesomely calming at night when we went- love the lights that illuminated it. The bar was wonderful and service was great! This is a gem & we highly recommend Hyatt Centric!"
