"The hotel is in a central French Quarter location and rooms are quiet even though the hotel is on Bourbon St. Nice lobby and nice, clean rooms. The shower didn't have hot water. After a while it got quite warm but never hot. There was no housekeeping. And when my 90-year-old mother needed an extra hour to check out, they charged her $70. There is also a $20/night resort fee that is taken at the hotel and not disclosed in the pricing."

"I really enjoyed the conveniency of being able to exit the hotel and all of the good restaurants and Bourbon street were walking distance. When I was ready to go back to the hotel and relax, all it took was 5 mins! Only thing I had an issue with was the temperature for the water would not go pass like warm… very annoying that I could not take a HOT shower all weekend. But nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back!"

"All the staff was awesome! But the whole property looks like it needs a bit of an upgrade. The lobby furniture was stained and worn down. The room was ok but needed a good detailed cleaning also the some pf the towels had stains.
