"I did a stand-up comedy show in Quincy and after a late night I just needed a place to have a goodnight's sleep since I had a 3 hour drive home the next day. The room was small but clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. "

"Love staying at the Pontchartrain Hotel. We have made this our regular spot when we visit NOLA. The area is beautiful with so many places to see and to eat. The Tin Roof bar on the roof is fantastic with a spectacular view, and cafe and restaurant in the hotel are very good. We walk through the garden district every morning and evening and love that the streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. It’s just a short ride (or $10 Lyft/uber) to the French quarter. "Comfortable bed, rooms a little worn, but clean. Limited dining options in town. Grumpy host. "Breakfast" is a non starter, 2 cereals, no milk, Tang, some frozen waffles, bread and green bananas. Mcdonalds next door so that option. "
