The staff were so amazing! We stayed here the night before our cruise left the NOLA port, and arrived several hours early before their check in time. They had our room ready and allowed us to check in early so we could go explore the city for the day! It’s in the heart of the French quarter and close to everything you need! Amazing stay!

By far the best city and the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The Generals Suite was amazing and very spacious! It was perfect for our Romantic getaway! Phillip has a private bar inside the hotel and he made us feel so welcomed. He helped us pick restaurants and helped us find the best places right there in the French Quarter! We definitely will be back!!
