Check in and check out was smooth. The cleanliness of the facility was the main issue. Housekeeping is not automatic you have to request it. The towels for the bathroom where not properly cleaned and still damp. There was blood on the floor and on the keypad for the elevator. It was never cleaned. We were there for 3 nights. Lastly you have to go to the lobby if you need to reheat any leftovers. No microwaves in the room or in a common area on the floor you are on.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room, I lost money in the vending machine and wasn’t reimbursed. The food I purchased in the Burger Place next to the hotel was cooked in old grease and it made me sick. I feel like my money was wasted.

The bathrooms are very small. The floors are super slippery when wet and the bathtubs are extremely slippery. I had to put a bath towel in the tub to prevent me from a fall.

The ice machine on the hallway is too loud. The room is not sound proof. But location is great. The restaurant is good, I eat crab cakes twice! Very nice.
