"One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to be offered early check-in instead. This was appreciated as we were able to change, freshen up and squeeze in a nap. "Lovely hotel but on our first night we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents . We were moved to another room . They also comped us a breakfast for the inconvenience . The beds at the hotel are rock hard . If you enjoy a firm mattress this won’t be a problem . I definitely think the beds could be upgraded . It’s well located , near the station as well as the Tower of London . Staff were friendly and accommodating . "

"Warm and friendly welcome at the desk. This hotel has a charm about it. The ensuite room was clean, with a small refrigerator, clean towels, coffee maker, good shower and lovely view. The bed was OK feeling thin and used. Plenty of pillows and good climate in the room."
