"My parents had a lovely stay at the hotel. I had booked for my Mum's 70th birthday. They found the hotel staff very welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. They had a lovely evening meal as well as a nice breakfast. Thank you for making their stay enjoyable and they would definitely like to come again."

"Lovely stay at the Rosemount hotel in Pitlochry for some November hikes in the Cairngorns. The staff were lovely, in particular Phie was very friendly and attentive for all our breakfast servings. Delicious and hearty breakfast every morning with decent variety. The room was very cosy with just enough space to dry our wet hiking clothes when we needed. The water pressure in the shower was poor but a good excuse to have a decadent bubble bath! "

"The staff were very nice and open-hearted. They explained me many things, brought towels directly ro my room and even talked and played dart with me, while I waited for my dinner, which was a great local beef burger. The dart is free and so is the great breakfast, where the lovely owner made me croissants, toast, scrambled eggs and provided cereals, although I was a bit late for it (8.30 - 9.30). "Convenient for Pitlochry, some parking. Good service. The room was clean and tidy but the decor is a bit dated. Trapped in the 80s."

"This is a relatively new property with well appointed extras. Nice back deck with outdoor seating for 6. Easy parking at front door. Very clean. Owner was extremely responsive to any needs. We had 4 adults and the smaller bedroom was a little tight. Would book again for sure"

"I have been going to Pitlochry Hydro for the last 26 years and still enjoy going. Unfortunately the heating broke down in minus conditions but staff could not apologise enough and it was just unfortunate. It is in a lovely little town with lots of lovely walks and easy access to other towns and sight seeing places. Looking forward to March when we will return. Thank you again to Chris (Hotel Manager) and his staff. X"

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

"Really relaxing stay - the hotel is in a stunning Glen on the edge of the Caingorms with spectacular scenery. The staff were really helpful (all of them) and my evening dinner was great. I regret not staying for longer, but will be back. Only negative (but may be a positive) was the lack of a phone signal - although the wifi was great."
