We stayed for one night and although our room was fine it hadn’t been dusted properly and the water pressure in the shower was non existent. Had lunch when we arrived and it wasn’t great. We were told it was lentil soup when it was clearly more like a very thick pea soup.

Lovely weekend stay in The Boat Hotel. We were lucky enough to have a room on the corner in the main building, overlooking the train station. The room was comfortable and warm, with the bedding being good quality. Nice meal in the main restaurant and a nice selection of cereals, jams and bread for breakfast. The hot breakfast cooked to order was also good.
