"Loved the addition of a fridge and microwave in your room, room was spacious, warm and had everything you needed. Could do with a deep clean on certain areas but was definitely a decent base for a few days work visit "

"Second time up in Macdonald Aviemore and it’s always been a delight. Love it and my 5year old daughter can never get enough of the pool especially🙂. Looking forward to another break up in Aviemore. "

"The hotel is quite basic and the lift does not work. The other residents were a bit noisy but for £25 a night it was fine. Good shower and decent TV and a comfy bed."

"The staff there are wonderfull, no problems there.... but my room was not the most comfortable. Maybe I was unlucky with the bed and air con machine. Still, I would stay there again. "

"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"In the heart of Speyside and a short drive from multiple renowned distilleries, there is no better place to stay if you are on a whiskey tour with friends. Everything from the whiskey bar to the breakfast were excellent and we would definitely visit againz"

"The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. As one of the more expensive hotels, I would have expected a bit more. "
