"The room was quite dirty. What looked like blood on pillow. Bathroom rusty. Hair everywhere. Toilet paper on bathroom floor. Splashes all up wall behind desk. Carpet gross. Smelt a bit funny. Needs a DEEP CLEAN"

"It was a great experience. Thoroughly enjoyable. Location, facilities, proximity to Aviemore town centre. Chalet is a bit tired looking internally. It was clean but someone needs to look up and remove cobwebs and dust on light fittings etc. Kitchen really well stocked."
