"My friends and I stayed here for one night during what was supposed to be the peak time for Sakura in Lake Yamanakako. This place did not disappoint despite the Sakura being shy. The view from our room And the rooftop was incredible, the owners and workers were also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall we felt so grateful for our experience. "

"You have to ride bus for 30 min from hakone-yumoto station but it’s soo worth it! This place is very stylish, clean and luxury. I stayed in the unit with the private bath. "A beautiful quaint stay just a couple minutes for Lake Yamanaka. The manager was friendly, informative, and inviting. The unisex reservable onsen and jacuzzi makes travelling with a mixed group stress free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable rustic stay at Mt. Fuji."

Lobby provides water (hot & cold) & green tea. Flaw: the staff are very strict on check in time, not a minute earlier allowed, exactly 3pm or after. "Good homely feeling location"

"The location of the hotel is a few minutes away from the lake and the bus stop. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He took us to a few spots to see MT Fuji when he knew we have no car. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious and we had authentic Japanese cuisine experiences. "

"We had a lovely stay here! The bathroom could've been a little cleaner which is why we gave it 4/5. The half board is absolutely worth it, the food is incredible and you will not be hungry. The staff is very very nice and were helpful with any questions we had.
