"It was a great 15 nights stay. Hotel is very near 5 mins walk to subway, jr and bullet train making it easy access to the region. I traveled extensively from here to Kada, Nara, Seto, Hiroshima, Matsue, Hakata, Kyoto & Osaka. You'll not run out of food and convenience stores options here. "Good location, with a drug store crossing the street, 7/11 and various restaurants around. Metro station right in front of the doors of the hotel. The rooms very clean and the bathtub bigger than the Apas from Tokyo.. nice room but tiny so please keep in mind that, I was with 3 large suitcases and 2 smalls ones and it was a bit cramped but nothing to complaint about, if you are organize and keep everything tidy it will not be a problem. The staff very friendly and some spoke really good English!...

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "
