"A beautiful quaint stay just a couple minutes for Lake Yamanaka. The manager was friendly, informative, and inviting. "We had a lovely stay here! The bathroom could've been a little cleaner which is why we gave it 4/5. The half board is absolutely worth it, the food is incredible and you will not be hungry. The staff is very very nice and were helpful with any questions we had. "We had a great stay. The room only had one pillow, but an additional one could be obtained from the reception area. The bathroom was very tight, but functional. Breakfast ended at 8:30, which seemed a bit early, but the hotel worked for our needs. "
