"Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The carpeting on the 20th floor and in our room 2026 as to be replaced! Carpeting was stained ed with a musty smell! There was a needed dehumidifier in our room? The breakfast plan ant the hotel was overpriced - equvskwnt if $80.00 Canadian per couple!!! The staff was very attentive."

"The service provided from check-in to check-out was excellent. There were a lot of staff members to help with questions, with luggage, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to train stations and there are places to visit within walking distance for people like us who are there to visit/sightsee in Yokohama. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. We would definitely stay there again."

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. "Excellent stay! Convenient to food, shopping and connected to Yokohama Station. Super clean rooms with helpful and superb staff. Has a bakery in the lobby and a restaurant with a delicious Japanese breakfast. Supermarkets, food courts and convenience stores around the hotel. Will definitely stay again. A big plus is they offer storage and Yamato service for your luggage. They will even call a taxi for you if you need one. Love this hotel!"

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "

"The place was excellent, and the front desk staff very helpful! My only complaint is that no towels or wash cloths were apparently provided, but I did bring my own, so there were no problems. I would stay at this place again next time I am in Tokyo!"
