"When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone was already in the property. Spoke to Nicki who sorted it quickly and even took the time to bring us an extra towel. The property is conveniently located but is in need of some TLC. Not much to sort it out. The shower is terrible either too hot or too cold"

"The front door is a bit quirky (the instructions were good but I was late and tired and took a moment to remember them). The room was spacious and welcoming if a little too warm. The bed was a bit saggy. There are a number of switches which don't seem to do anything. And the room is so tall that heavy (and REALLY good!) curtains on a pole are very hard to manipulate."

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. My only problem was with the gentleman that met us there to give keys and go over the apartment. He said there were no instructions for the washing machine and he didn't know how to use it. He made it sound like the furnace was the water heater and that could have been a miscommunication but he did call it the water heater and there were written instructions so he said he was sure we would figure it out. After a day of realizing the water was hot always...
