"First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. "Excellent capsule hotel right in the middle of Shibuya! My pod felt great to sleep in, and the communal bathroom and shower facilities felt pristinely clean despite frequent use. I also appreciated the online group chat that helped me connect with other guests during my stay. I do wish there was a way to lock up my large luggage for security and peace of mind, but otherwise I would absolutely come back here next time I'm going solo in Tokyo."
