"We enjoyed our stay and everything was provided in the room! The guest handbook provided was very detailed and had translation of the Japanese words on remotes and appliances, which is very helpful. It also explained things visitors may not know about Japan rules, such as how garbage is to be separated. "This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though. "

"部屋は狭いがロフトは意外に広かった。ベッドにはマットレスが無く布団だけなので固く慣れるまで身体が痛かった。夏はロフトは暑いのでエアコンの風が行くように扇風機が設置されているのは良かった。キッチンの排水溝のゴミを捨てようとしたら、掃除があまりされて無く滑りがひどく気持ち悪かった。ロフトのハシゴからジャンプしているのか？どっしんっという音が良く聞こえた。全体的には立地、部屋の綺麗さを考えるとお値段も手頃で良いと思います。"

"The location of this place was amazing as it had lots of shopping and restaurants around. The train station was like 10-15min walk which was nice. The room itself was bigger than I expected but the shower and bed were a tight squeeze. My partner and I are both 5’10” 200lbs each and barely fit on the bed. "There isn’t a lot of reviews of this place so I was hesitant, but it was a nice place. The hallway looks a bit grim, but the room was great. The room had a pretty small bathroom with no bidet sadly, but there was a microwave and stove too which is rare. Overall I’m super happy with the hotel and its proximity to the station. I would definitely stay here again if I’m travelling solo. "

"My mom travel alone in Japan and stayed in this hotel 4 nights at 2024 November, and she highly recommend Mercure Hotel. This time 2025 March, Me and My mom stay 1 night in Mercure before departure at Haneda Airport. Shuttle bus is provided, but I ask the staff to call a taxi for me instead. There is Summit Supermarket under Nitori which is 5 minutes walking. The otorii station is also just 3 minutes walking with Lawson, 7/11 around the hotel. The Staff is generally young and they speak english well. The staff is smart and understanding. There are lots of Amercian or British staying in this hotel. The price is very cheap consider the service and the room I received. The hotel lobby, room, toilet are all way beyond average. There is a fool ball table at lobby which is a bonus. I was amazed by their performance. This hotel is also OK close to Yokohama city. Would suggest to stay in Mercure after landing Haneda Airport as well as before departure. Your money spent here will not go wrong."

"Always stays in this hotel when I fly out of Haneda airport. Location is perfect as less than 10 minutes shuttle bus ride to the airport (you can see the runways from some rooms) and the convenience store&sukiya are just across the road. Room is spotlessly clean always and all the amenities are available for guests to pick up. A ** hotel highly recommended. "
