"If you price the included breakfast and kiddie water park at international rates the hotel room itself is almost free. Great value!! Clean happy place. If you have young kids the waterpark is fantastic. Even for adults. Right right there so no need taxis etc. On the map the hotel looks a bit set back from the beach but it's like 100 feet further than the Holiday Inn (which is also great but no water park and when I booked was twice the price of Mercure). Proximity to beach and to Walking...

"The front desk staff are magnificent. They immediately upgraded me to a Deluxe room. Unfortunately, there were problems in the room. I took pictures of it and went back to the front desk. The clerk sent the pics to the manager and within minutes, I was moved to a Jr. Suite – which was magnificent. The breakfast was included and was very good. The Pooh Beach Resort is a three-minute walk to the beach. You must put this place on your “to stay list” when in Jomtien. Thanks again to the wonderful front desk staff and management for a fabulous 5 days."
