"The reviews and videos of the property were encouraging and the price was attractive. The pictures on the booking site looked stretched but that's not unusual and I did not feel I would need more space. Unfortunately, the design of the bathroom is not ideal, with the toilet crammed against the shower glass siding. I could barely fit and I'm not that tall. The shower itself is very spacious but I'd rather they gave more space to the toilet or the sink area. I have been told some of the rooms have...

"W14 is my go to hotel when i visit Pattaya. Its easy to get anywhere from this location baht bus are avaliable nearby to go to Jomtien, buakow, jomtien, terminal 21 etc. Of course its near walking street which is where the action is. Service from staff always good. Overall no complaints about this Hotel. I will continue to stay here if price is reasonable."

Exceptional!

"Great location just a five minute walk to the beach, the staff was very friendly and let me check in early as well. It’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it. I would like to reach out to one of the concierge staff named Peeya he is very knowledgeable and helpful for all your needs. They have an excellent and very friendly staff from the security guards, to the front desk. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip. "

"It was a very pleasant stay. I will likely stay there again the next time I'm in Pattaya. My room did however stink of mildew for the first 2 days. The air conditioning was not strong enough to remove humidity from the room rapidly. This should be investigated. Some additional space in the club room would be appreciated. Staff was excellent!"
