"Huge property. A lot of walk to get to the beach because the property is huge. The 3 swimming pools are good but needs to come early so you could get chair by the pool."

"location is excellent. It is also where Cirque Du Soleil - Auana is, so very convineint if you want to catch this show However, we stayed on the side where the theater is, and it was quite noisy around 9:30-10 when the show finishes since we are on the 3rd floor. Another thing is the safe was not working. Probably the battery is too low. We did not ask for it to be fixed since we do not really need it. But it would be great if the hotel checks whether the safe is working. "

"Although the hotel cannot access the beach, it is only a block away. The location is convenient but quiet because it is at the end of the road. The hotel has a pool, a garden, and a fitness center as well. Overall, my experience was very positive. "

"I checked in early the day ahead of our stay thru a text message. The day of our reservation, I received a text around 11:30am saying our room was ready! Arriving at the valet, they were very understanding of my need to leave the car for a bit while I helped by 90 y.o. mom into the lobby. They grabbed our bags and moved them to bell service who provided a call tag to present to the front desk. "I read some previews reviews about the hotel - the staff are friendly and helpful, the valet guys are great the host at the breakfast section very nice, yes it’s dated but they clean the rooms good and the facilities can’t beat the fact that it’s right in the heart of the action. "Kasa was so helpful, friendly and welcoming during the check in process and allocated me a fabulous room in my favourite part of the property where I can see my favourite body boarding reef. I feel completely safe in the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The staff at Momosan are too and their food is delicious. The hotel is in a great location for all beach activities, walking, shopping and dining. The Go Green housekeeping initiative is a terrific idea. It's impossible not to feel relaxed and happy when staying at the Alohilani. That was my 6th stay and I'll be back for more as long as they maintain their very high standards of customer service. Congratulations to the manager and all the staff for a job well done!"
