"The hotel has a great family breakfast in the morning, there is easy access to the beach/shopping/dinning. I liked there beach towel exchange, and concierge service to schedule island activities. The worst part about the hotel is the elevator situation, there is only 2 lifts per tower. So when you plan on going up or down, prepare for a long line to be able to use the lift. 5 min wait is a short wait, up to 30 mins wait especially around 8-10am. The street the hotel is on is also very loud,...

"Location is awesome and very easy access to the beach! Also, close enough to Diamond head and shopping area. Even though it’s not a luxury hotel, I would like to stay again and recommend you because of great location, friendly people, and affordable price!! Only the reason why 4 starts on facility is the washing machine was not available at the time."

"This hotel was a nice hotel, my only real complaints would be I booked a room with a king bed, and was at first given a room with a queen/full it looked really small… mentioned it and they stated the sold out of king rooms and put us in a room with 2 double. Beds were not the comfiest but what hotel is … the a/c was also not great and the room was hot to sleep in. Otherwise beautiful hotel, and location. "
