"Our family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. With Expedia’s VIP perk, we received 5 breakfast coupons and our room was upgraded to a larger room. Water temp was great and the removable shower head was a definite plus for our kids. Our room had the pool view so we could hear the live music from the lanai. The onsite restaurant and bar, Monkeypod, was delicious. The food and drinks were so good that we went back. Staff were all really nice. "I just returned home from a 5-night stay at the Hilton Vacation Club, The Modern Honolulu and it was amazing! The property is clean, modern, and quiet, and the staff are very helpful. I loved that there are free daily activities, like lei making and hula classes! The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Waikiki Beach, and a 10-minute walk from the Ala Moana Center, so it's in a good location overall. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staying at this property you get a decent room, stores and restaurants within the property itself, convient location that is walkable to many other restaurants and shops. The only downside is it's hard to enjoy the pool if you don't go there early. Many people just put towels on chairs just to save them for later even though they are not in use. Overall it was a great property and I would've mind staying here again."
