"The staff were very helpful, especially with my disability and room access, etc. It was quite noisy with slamming doors though and very hot as no A/C or fans, etc. It was the hottest day of the year though! Lovely breakfast and when I asked for veggie sausages they were very quickly produced too. Generally, it was a convenient location at a reasonable price for a business trip."

Swimming pool, sauna etc.. was very nice and staff member was very helpful and friendly at the spa reception, lovely to have the robes and towels provided. Everything was walkable with everything on our doorstep. Lobby and bar area are quite stunning and lovely to relax in. We felt very safe and any questions we had were answered in a professional...

"Excellent overnight stay on one of the warmest days of the year so far. Pleasent modern hotel, food and drinks available in lobby pub / bar, clean and airy, excellent facilities including a pool, sauna and steam room available to guests staying club room level or above along with free parking. Even managed to watch the England/Denmark football match in their cinema styled TV room next to the bar. Overall excellent."

"Really nice stay at hotel, all staff very accommodating. Good information given. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Food was very nice. Only improvement would be bath mat in bath as slippery getting in, and floor tiles around swimming pool needs to be kept dryer as also very slippery under foot"
