"The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could of been cleaner and warmer but overall a great hotel in great location for what we needed. Bar food was great and nothing was over priced. Looking to book again in 2026 when going on holiday from Birmingham airport 🙂"

"Our stay was brilliant, we came by train and arrived at 9am. Checking in staff were brilliant and rang us at 10:30 to say the room was ready! Room lovely and warm with plenty of room and good facilities. All staff in hotel were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Swimming pool lovely."

"Had a lovely stay great location for our trip exhibiting at the NEC The restraunt/bar was great could relax no hassle tring to fine somewhere to eat The staff were d friendly polite very helpful. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool found we could unwind Will definitely book again next year "

"Great rooms but we had booked for 3 adults in one room and the room was only prepared for 2, tried to call reception and the phone didn’t work! However once informed, the staff quickly sorted this out. There are some doors right at the end of the corridor by 3077 which banged all night, other than that, it was a great stay "

Great find

"Stayed here a good number of times and always enjoyed our stay. Food is always decent albeit pub style grub, restaurant can get busy so worth booking a table, very easy to do on the app. Staff always polite and extremely helpful. Rooms are a good size and always clean and well presented. Bar area is usually pretty busy every evening but has a great atmosphere. "
