10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel stay for an early flight. The only thing that needs improving is the walk to Reaorts World as a bridge was closed off so we had to do a longer walk around. It should be so much simpler. There was a really long check in queue which we luckily avoided, but saw people queuing to check in for ages. "

"I would like to commend the front desk staff member (Young Gentlemen) who checked me in on 19 July 2025 at 1:30 PM. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room.
His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest.
A big thumbs up to him for a job well done. I will definitely recommend Genting Hotel Resort World Birmingham to my friends and fellow travellers.

"The food at their resturaunt was absolutely amazing. I was shocked. The 24 hour bar was awesome. Clean rooms and a simple walk from train and airport. What a great location. "
"I’ve stayed here twice, and it was excellent both times. Clean rooms & comfortable bed. Breakfast is first rate. Cute pub next door. Note: parking costs extra per day. Highly recommended."
