When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. "The Novotel was lovely. I had an initial issue with my first room and Shakira on the desk very quickly moved me into another room. A better view on the back too. Be aware, if you are over 6ft3 you will struggle with the showers, as my head was just underneath it. Easily access off the motor way. Clean and tidy, with a great size room. Happily stay again. "

"Well appointed, well furnished, comfortable accommodation with a great shower. Wonderful location. The lady who was supposed to make breakfast did not show up on the morning of our departure, so as a matter of apology the person at the desk promptly refunded £10 to us. Great. We would love to stay here again but for longer!"

Good value for family of couple

"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."
