"Bloc overall is a good, modern budget hotel with contemporary features. Apartment rooms are the best with good amenities including mini kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink. Staff on reception were very helpful. The only downside is there is no breakfast, but there are cafes a short walk away in the Jewelry Quarter "

"Lovely stay, very clean, and reception staff are accommodating, I would hands down stay again. I did have my dog with me on the visit, and the room where lovely the only thing that would have made the stay better was if they had a small green area where dogs could pee and poop in, it would feel safer then as I was asked to go outside of the compound in the night especially as there allot of activity and people sleeping rough. "Excellent and attentive staff team, lovely air conditioned room with spacious and light bathroom. Shower was especially good! Busy at breakfast but fully stocked buffet, good selection, and clean restaurant areas. Would stay again. (Easy 10-15 minute walk to Bullring too)"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar stylish and good choice of drinks. Room quite basic but comfortable, except that an electric portable heater provided the heating and this gave me an electric shock when I turned it off, fusing the TV etc. This was quite alarming though the member of staff I told at checkout was very sympathetic and checked I was OK. "The hotel is very close to Wolverhampton Civic or The Halls as it's now called. Room was lovely and cosy. Mattress wasn't great but for one night that doesn't really matter. Staff are lovely."
