"Great location to all the downtown activities. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar were good. Rooms are a bit dated and could be upgraded but well maintained. Expect resort fees, parking fees and high taxes on top of the room fee. If you know it going in you won’t be surprised. Took a room on the street side to enjoy the view of all the activity on Palm Canyon Dr. from our balcony. Take a Mountain View room if you prefer more quiet. We’ll go back to this property. "The Gaythering was dealing with an A/C issue during my stay prior to a large Atlantis sailing from Miami. They were very up front with all of the issues and made as much right as possible - with excellent warm service and very courteous staff. While the A/C units were a challenge for me due to sound, the rooms were as comfortable as possible. I chose a standard room and had stayed in the 'crates' before and it was a large upgrade.
