"Great staff! We were able to get a great room last minute and they were awesome. The property is huge and great to have an indoor walk. A lot of art to view. Our room was good. I'd say it might be time to upgrade some fixtures, replace furniture and update bathrooms. "

"The issue I had was the accessibility of our room. Had to walk thru the pool area to get to Tower B, which would have been ok, but it was rainy and cold when we were there. Also, paid extra for an ocean view and our window was so dirty you couldn't see the beach or the ocean. This place is getting run down and needs to be updated. The staff was very friendly and I felt bad for them as the lobby had no heat and it was cold when we were there and they were dressed in their winter gear with a...

"Beautiful property in a cool wooded area. Enjoyed pulling up to the front with a fragrant fire pit. Really made me feel like we were at an upscale woodsy lodge. All the grounds were very well manicured. Pool was clean and heated. Staff was very accommodating like the old Ritz customer service. Would recommend to any family member or friend. "
