"Room was spacious and adequately furnished, quiet and comfortable. But the floors could use a mopping and carpet shampoo, and lighting in the mirror area was rather poor. Staff were all friendly and helpful but sometimes they were away doing something else so had to wait several minutes at the counter for someone to return. "The property was clean. Nice rooms. Staff wasn’t friendly nor available when I called the front desk. Short answers and very direct. Front desk is a huge representation of the company. I felt the customer service experience was horrible."

"I check everything in the rooms. Bag in the tub and search for all health risks. The room was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was beyond friendly. This was my third time here. Perfect location. "
