"I love this place. Big, comfortable bed and large shower and tub area. Room have everything you would need to relax after wandering around Osaka or making a day trip close by. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Great place, stayed here many times before and will stay again! I thank the wonderful people at Hotel Fine for having me. "

"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. Staffs speaks great English. Only draw back we requested room clean-up after 2nd night however we only got towels hanging on the front door. We would recommend this hotel!"

"Public bath was good, but the capsules itself were really hot and stuffy. The ac inside the capsule did not help. "

"It is near dotouburi and Shinsaibashi area and 2 train stations. Facing the main road makes it easier and safer to locate late at night. We like the public bath amenity which is opened even at midnight. We did not use the free ramen offered in the night. The experience is adversely affected by a rude staff (a bespectacled Chinese lady) when we enquired about the PIN required for the usage of the female public bath."

"Reasonably sized bath with water jets and extras, i.e massage chair, game console rental. Given the nature of the premises, staff aren’t always presently seen. But they are unread pleasant and helpful, especially when speaking slower in Japanese for foreign tourists and offering helpful tips, like locations of stations and nearby convenient stores. Big value for a decent night stay."
