"We are a senior couple just looking for a relaxing weekend. The Shell Island Resort was WONDERFUL! The view from our room was incredible and the beach was beautiful and uncrowded at this time of year. After 3 days and nights, we truly did not want to leave! The staff was superb and I want to especially commend the maintenance crew, specifically Patrick, who was super helpful patient and friendly."

The bathroom was very small and the fan did not work.They told us a work order was put in to repair the fan,but they failed to repair it.Would have been easy for them to provide honey buns or muffins to buy in the morning since no continental breakfast.
