"The hotel is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. They had just reopened from Helene and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price of the spa day pass is ridiculously high. We are locals and celebrating a birthday and trying to put money back into Asheville. It was a big treat and we’re not used to spas but my husband and I were only able to use the hot tub and the pool together. Everything else is divided by gender. We spent $400 on two day passes after paying the nightly rate and only...
