We always enjoy our trip. Hotel is nice and casino is large. Guy Fieri restaurant is very good. My only complaint is I have visited several times this year and have a Harrah’s card, but hotel charged me $20 for a late checkout of 1 hour. It was a Monday and the hotel was almost empty. I thought that felt petty. They charge for drinks and say “we don’t have to” when you ask why not free. Nice place but they need some competition.

Beautiful rooms, casino, dining, and was able to make it an exclusive trip .This was our 1st trip since hurricane hit us, and it was perfect. A truly great vacation away from it all.

I loved that it was multiple places to eat. What i like the most was no smoke smell threw out the hotel. The atmosphere was amazing.

The staff were all nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and had all we needed. The hotel itself was a bit of a maze but we eventually made it to our room. We had a nice stay overall. We were there for a nearby wedding.

We paid for delux room. Unfortunately that was in old maintain towers. They did not change it to us to new tower. Cherokee tower. Because we buy from Expedia. Please change your price that’s room and that’s tower was too dirty. Elevator and all carpet was trribel. We are unsatisfied from Expedia.

Great resort and amenities. Staff very friendly. Great food options. We stayed in the Cherokee tower which has separate entrance. Slightly confusing but it offers free valet. Overall great trip. Not much to do outside of the resort but close to other towns.

The meals where a little to pricy, the meal atwicked weed was worst i have had, ive eaten at your locations at cherokee casino and alll good, this was flat out terrible! Everything else was great.

A big place. Still learning property layout for hopeful future trips which is half the fun. Looking forward to becoming comfortable with things first. I may request an available employee give me a "walk-through", kinda a Q/A session if available, before sitting down at any tables. Everything "gaming" has changed since the late 80's, early 90's and i would like to maybe check/ask a couple things to become more comfortable with things.
