Had an overnight layover in Charlotte and wanted a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay close to the airport. I found it here! The shuttle picked me up and dropped me off. Easy peasy!

The lobby area was clean and calm with staff person waiting at the front desk. Room was clean as it could be, but walls/molding around floors were a bit dinged with dents--Flooring was gashed/scratched in places in the room. Otherwise everything about the room was more than adequate-- clean sheets, working appliances, etc. The building seems old but renovated. The non-smoking room smelled quite smokey-- made me sneeze quitr a bit-- not something I would want to stay in for long. Also, the neighboring guests were a bit too loud; right outside my room door. The breakfast was well put together, but the menu was limited mostly to cold items (waffles/oatmeal were the only exception), and shuttle service was available to the airport every 30 min. Not my favorite place to stay, but certainly adequate for an overnight. .
