"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. "Quant bed and breakfast tucked into a small town. Older building, like most b&b's, so you can hear a lot of sounds. The room we stayed in was perfect for a romantic get away. Breakfast was awesome. Stayed here before and definitely will again. Also, if they are open I strongly recommend heading to Tilton H.O.P., some of the best greek style pizza in all of NH less than a half mile away. "

"Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come. "
