"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. "We love staying here so the kids can swim and adults can relax in the hot tub for reasonable prices. The first time we stayed on the 3rd floor and had 0 issues. Our most recent stay was on the 2nd floor which wreaked heavily of air freshner- our bathroom sink was clogged so water would not drain properly and the people in the room next to us were either smoking or had pneumonia because there persistent coughing could be heard through the walls all night until the wee hours of the morning. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was just what one would expect from an older inn, quite, clean and comfy. We ate breakfast and dinner at the inn, both were great. The inn was conveniently located and the staff were great! Certainly a nice change from staying at chain hotels."

"We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. "
