Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mold in the bathroom, dead bugs in the refrigerator and so much dust on the TV wires looked liked it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The hotel stated a free continental breakfast. There were so many of what I’m assuming were fruit flys on the breakfast foods disgusting

I waist my time and money going to the hotel, no one at the check in desk, after a I wrang the bell tuice and walking around, I d couldn’t stay, place very disgusting, couldn’t imagine the room could be worse.

The Hotel was ok. It needs a drastic update. Everything seemed flimsy. But it's an older hotel so I guess it's meant to be that way. I was in the back and the stairs to get there were super weird. One step was a lot taller than others.

We didn't feel safe there and were afraid our vehicle would be vandalized. We refused to stay there. It was disgusting especially for the price. Expedia should not feature this property. We would like an agent to contact us at 707-484-2510. We feel we deserve a refund. Steve Lyman

This place is absolutely disgusting. The electrical wires were literally taped to the wall. Offered parking, but apparently not for pickup trucks. There was no hot water. Just skip it, not worth the ocean view.

This is a Hampton Beach classic! Run by same owner last 55 years. Is it older ? Yes. But things were clean, beds comfy, shower was hot and you can’t beat views and location! We’d definitely stay again. I’m not sure what people expect these days. I read other reviews and felt they didn’t accurately depict what’s offered here. Breakfast was basic continental but was good. Nice lounge area and very nice owner.

Great location. Next to beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Offers a decent complimentary breakfast. But hotel is very rundown. Extremely small & tight washroom. Offers free outdoor parking but very tight spots.
