"Was really pleasantly surprised with this place. From the outside it looks like many of the hotels in the area. Aging and maybe a little rundown. But they’ve done a nice job updating the inside of the rooms. They’re cute and well maintained. It’s nothing fancy, But Hampton Beach isn’t a fancy place, and compared with many of the other options in the area I think this place is great. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was really nice as well."

"We stayed in the king size suite. I could sleep in and my husband could get up early go into the other room and not disturb me. Very clean, bed was so comfortable. Continental breakfast had a variety of items. "
